After we noticed a store listing at the beginning of this month, Honor X6d’s delayed Middle East expansion has finally taken place. Although the features and specifications were already known to the general public, we may now add the word “official” to its specification sheet. This is what we know.
The phone itself isn’t really new. Since December, the Honor Play 60A 5G, which has been renamed, has been dominating the global market. Actually, the camera is the sole difference between the two. The main unit of this X6d version is 50MP. A 13MP outsole was used in the original.
Although its chipset is rated for at least 2K 60 FPS recording, it is still unable to extend the video recording over 1080p 30FPS. Operating on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, the Honor X6d is a 5G cellphone. These days, that is the minimal requirement to gain 5G support on a device.

This newcomer has 6GB of RAM, but strangely, it also has 256GB of storage. There are certain advantages to the Honor new 5G model. The phone comes with a 5,260 mAh battery, by the way. In contrast, a 5,300 mAh cell was used by the Play 60A. You can completely ignore that change because it is so tiny. It could simply be a different label on the same battery.
We are aware that the device’s 15W charging speed was taken from the original. Additionally, the display is the same as before. It still has a 6.75″ TFT LCD with HD+ resolution at its core. Ninety Hz is the refresh rate. On the side is a fingerprint reader.
Additionally, we discovered that the phone has NFC. However, not for every version. At best, its 5MP selfie camera is functional. Additionally, it can play 1080p videos. The Honor X6d has a starting price of about $150 (~PKR 41,000). Here, we’re talking about 128GB of base storage and 4GB of RAM. The Honor X6d is still reasonably priced, even though it’s not the cheapest 5G gadget we’ve seen.
